Can you provide PSD file that has this issue, I didn't remove any effect properties, but maybe something broke for some particular file version.

Thank you for your reply, how can I provide PSD file to you ? The comment seems didn't accept that type .I set stroke in photoshop , but can't get stroke attributes at latest version. I try debug , and code shows that has some error about type of gradientInterpolation.

Uploading stroke.png…
I try change the .psd to .png . You can download and restore it
Or you can try set stoke in Phtoshop at 25.11.0 version

Your link doesn't work I think you didn't let it finish the upload.

Different versions of Photoshop save that section differently, so I need example from your version.

It seems there was a different error with parsing gradient interpolation mode that might be the cause of your issue. I released version 22.0.0 with fix for that. Additionally make sure you treat treat effects.stroke as an array, these effects are arrays since version 12.0.0.
