Dashboard: separate menu for transverse and longitudinal input types #754

It was suggested to split the dropdown menu in the Distribution panel that currently specifies the input "Type" into two menus:

a menu for the transverse distribution input type - containing the existing options of Twiss / Quadratic Form
a menu for the longitudinal distribution input type - containing additional options
e.g. rms bunch length, uncorrelated (relative) energy spread, energy chirp

Options for the longitudinal plane are TBD.
