OpenBoard new 1.4.5 v17 .1

The main changes intended to be done before a proper release are done, now work on when ready issues can start.
Focus will be on fixing bugs and preparing for a release on F-Droid.
A new name for the Keyboard will be necessary, you're welcome to post suggestions in #3 or in the discussion section.

Changes since v17:

• increase minimum Android version to Android 5.0 / Lollipop (NDK 26.1.10909125 (r26b) requires api 21+ #343)
• improvements to inline autofill by @arcarum (Disable more suggestions when inline autofill is visible and fix chip background color #371, Fix the inline suggestions remaning visible when switching keyboards and fix missing toolbar #386, Improve inline autofill code and remove delay #392)
• allow customizing symbol layouts (in advanced settings / experimental)
• fix a bunch of issues
  • broken russian layout (Russian layout is broken #370)
  • flashing toolbar keys (Allow users to remove underlying toolbar strip rather than just allowing the buttons to be hidden #374)
  • crashes (Can't create keyboard on datetime #373, Implement handling the copy button when it has no access to input field. Keyboard crashes. #390)
  • suggestions background for dynamic colors by @BlackyHawky (Fix background suggestions for dynamic colors #375)
  • some minor things
