Any plans to make a group of trusted contributors of the project to become the HeliBoard team?

With OpenBoard, originally it was just a one-man project, but the Dev allowed one other person to contribute to his project without the need of his approval because he couldn't maintain it alone anymore (OpenBoard-team essentially). Of course, the other guy eventually stopped contributing also, which made OpenBoard abandoned as there was no one else on the team. I was wondering if @Helium314 has plans to make a team of trusted contributors just in case he can no longer maintain HeliBoard. We would all like to prevent the OpenBoard situation from happening again.

Eventually I expect to add other contributors, but no plans for now.

How will the repo permissions, signing keys, etc. be handled? Forming a team can be risky if a malicious dev becomes a member.
