Trying to understand layout customization

After successfully setting up a custom digits row with my favorite characters as secondary keys

I'm currently trying to:

• get all the secondary key functions on the main keys (I mean: long tap → I get all the secondary keys specified in Settings-Advanced-[Symbols and numbers layout customization]-Symbols); see my mockup:

• only have the main keyboard page and the numpad, directly reachable from the '?123' button, nothing else (no secondary/tertiary keys pages).

Are these things possible?

How did you manage to get custom symbols in the numbers? I can't even get that to work 😳

If I understand your description correctly, you will need to add them manually to your layout

only have the main keyboard page and the numpad, directly reachable from the '?123' button

Currently only the main layout can be customized, not the functional keys.
