Error: Fetching package 'latex-completions' failed.

I received this error when attempting to install uber-juno. I'm not sure what that package does nor its importance? This is my first time using Julia. Any advice?

Rather than installing uber juno directly, first install that thing for which it is showing error, and thus this issue will be resolved
