Extract target Temperature

tldr: is there a way to expose 'target temperature', 'heating', 'current temperature', 'eco temperature' as entitys? to porgramm additional logic in automation? and to read or set those Entitys via a service?

Hi, I run my temperature on a schedule and poll every 15 minutes to see that the schedule is followed (in case HA is down at the switch point, or the device offline ...)

However I want to leave the possibility to manually change the temperature until the next actual scheduled temperature change.

Is this already available?
