how to reconfigure existing thermostat?

I can't see a way to reconfigure an existing thermostat in home assistant (need to change the entity id of the room temperature sensor). What am I missing, or do you have to delete and create a new thermostat?

Of course having sent that message now I suddenly notice there's a "configure" button in the device page!
