Passing values for delay off/delay on when window opened and for the outdoor temperature when thermostat turn off

Thank for Your great work, simple amazing.

I would ask if will be possible to pass some values for the two delay fields and for the temperature when thermostat turn off field, so many thermostats can be synched at same time with the same values passed from other entities.
