Summary

Currently, image thumbnails via pictrs resizing are only working for ordinary pictrs urls. It should also do thumbnail sizes for proxied ones as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. View a lemmy front page with proxied images.
2. Image thumbnails are still full size, and use no &thumbnail=... params.
