Allow getting the latest github release of a flake

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently it isn't possible to pin an input in a flake the to latest github release of the request flake. So one either has to manually update the rev when a new stable version releases or always be on some random developer build.

Proposed solution

Give some option to get the flake last released on github, github already give the option to go to the latest release when one goes to: https://github.com/owner/repo/releases/latest
