I've been wondering why android browsers were able to retrieve adblock lists easily, but not cookie consent instructions. As explained to me on the Einkbro discussions pannel this is because there is no standards among cookie consent extensions, and because cookie consent also needs code injection which cannot seemingly be handled so simply. Can it ?
My question is rather simple then : would it be possible to host lists of website with cookie consent windows, and code snippets that need be injected, and make them available publicly so that cookie consent automation works like ad-blocking does ? And how would you get around to do that ?
