Use case

The new action "Enroll entity in playbook" (that is currently only possible for some cases: Report, IR, RFI, RFT, and in Observables and Indicators) shall be moved from the popover menu to a dedicated icon button in the quick actions.

Put this new button just before "Ask AI" button.
Icon for button shall be the same as the playbook lists : MUI's PrecisionManufacturingOutlined

This dev shall be done against release/6.5.0 branch under FF FAB_REPLACEMENT, like we did with the enrich action .
