Tab Knowledge to add in Course of Action Entity

Use case

Following the STIX 2.1 standard, reviewing the “Course of action” object, it does not have a Knowledge tab. It would be nice to provide it in order to create the relationships with only the entities that the framework allows.

Current Workaround

Currently you can only “create relationships” through the TTP addiction in Overview > Details > 'Mitigated attack patterns'.

Proposed Solution

Add the Knowledge dropdown as in other entity types only showing those other entities with which relationships can be created with Course of Action.

The latest version in which this behavior has been observed is 6.4.1.
