Recognized in README.md - which spelling do we want to use? As far as I know vscode (meaning mostly the source code repo, also meaning the open source software behind it in general) and VS Code (the "base product" with or without adjustments, but mostly thought to be the short form of Visual Studio Code [the Microsoft only-binary release with setup for telemetry and inclusion of non-free extensions]) are "correct".
We could also use "VSCode" and have a minor explanation in parenthesis what we mean with that - or leave "VSCode" as is.
