How to reset disabled plugins and themes?

Hi,

I have been enabling plugins one at a time.
I've enabled the first three, then enabled a theme without remembering that the theme needs another plugin that was disabled. Result white page.

Now I cannot clear the status of the diagnostics. It seems that every time i login the theme is enabled. The result is a white page.

Any hint?
