Add FAQ entry explaining the meaning of the yellow frame around amenities

It took me some time to figure out what is the meaning of the yellow frame around some of the amenity data boxes below the map in amenity mode. It would be helpful to have a short explanation in the FAQ, similar to the "Why are some housenumbers yellow?". I also suggest to use a more noticeable attention symbol than the b/w one currently used.
