Unfortunately, I won't be able to fly to Detroit for organizing the finals there.
Thus we are considering cancelling the on-site finals and would run these finals on-line instead.
However, if some team is planning to travel to Detroit for IROS and is motivated to run the finals there, we could help them. We could offer one free accommodation from October 2 to October 4 and maybe also support the cost for the flight.
