  • All participants in FINOS project meetings are subject to the LF Antitrust Policy, the FINOS Community Code of Conduct and all other FINOS policies.

  • FINOS meetings involve participation by industry competitors, and it is the intention of FINOS and the Linux Foundation to conduct all of its activities in accordance with applicable antitrust and competition laws. Jumping off point for future discussion on linking to relevant frameworks/guidelines > #32 (comment).

Still need to answer a number of open questions:

  • What is in scope for the framework?
  • How do we review and/or sanity check these frameworks?
  • Are there existing 'framework of frameworks' which can help us with this?
  • Do we want to be prescriptive or simply descriptive in this case? I.e., should we just be informing end users of what is out there, or suggesting to follow these specific frameworks depending on the threat/control?

From BoE and FCA report "... Firms use a combination of different governance frameworks, controls and/or processes specific to AI use cases – over half of firms reported having nine or more such governance components"
