This looks like a typo in the config

toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/anndata_import/anndata_import/0.10.3+galaxy0

native_specification --nodes=1 --ntasks=1 --mem=277 --time=36:00:00 --partition=normal

Odd .. prior tool version runs fine. Everything was sent to the same cluster with same specs.

toolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/repos/iuc/anndata_import/anndata_import/0.7.5+galaxy1

This impacts a tutorial.
