  • release dev 3.2.4.6_amd64
  • 3.2.4.6
  • macos 11.4
  • macos 10.15

Describe the issue
GRR 3.2.4.6 does not run on macos 11.4/ARM chip/Rosetta2.

We do not support Apple Silicon-based laptops at the moment. GRR might work on them through Rosetta 2, but it's not guaranteed. In any case, 3.2.4.6 is a very old release. Have you tried running the latest one - 3.4.3.1 one on a M1 machine?
