Problem

This is a skeleton ticket. I will fill it out in more detail at a later date.

Users are not aware if their probes have gone offline. We should investigate how to inform the user and display this data in the application.

Should we set up default alerts for when probes go offline?
Should we display probe outages ona Check dashboard? What about the checklist page?
