Problem

We need to make it clearer when setting up alerts in a check if the default alerts have been populated or not.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add a message in the alerting step during check creation that the default alerts are not set up (and if they would like to populate them)
  • Add some additional text on the check list page that the default alerts haven't been set up
  • Please ensure the correct integration tests have been added.
