ko apply --recursive -f to follow symlinked directories

This will enable sharing *.yaml files between different deployment configurations, or with other tools (like a helm chart directory).

This seems worth doing. Are you hitting this in a workflow today, or is this a theoretical issue?

I am not hitting this in a current workflow, but instead trying to fit ko to my current workflow which involves a helm Charts directory.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 90 days with no
activity. It will automatically close after 30 more days of
inactivity. Keep fresh with the 'lifecycle/frozen' label.
