Sort by most recently used - Copilot "translate" command

to use the translate command, you have to write the name of the language

Describe the solution you'd like
add favourite language(s), so that the one at the top is my native and i can just press enter to translate instead of writing the name of the language every time

The list may benefit from "sorted by most recently used" feature same as custom prompts.
