Plugin stays disabled when trying to install on latest Cura 4 beta #3

I install the plugin, restart cura, and don't get the plugin.
looking on the installed list, it appears there, but grayed. I mark the checkbox, it requests a restart,
and after that get to the same state of unchecked again.
