Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Create a MongoDB cluster in Azure portal.
Connect to MongoDB cluster in VS Code -> Create a database and collection for it -> Single click the "Documents" node.
Hover the mouse to "+" button.
Check whether there is a tooltip for "+" button in the opened editor.

Expect:
There is a tooltip for "+" button in the opened editor, such as the one in "Cosmos DB for NoSQL" account.

Actual:
There is no tooltip for "+" button in the opened editor.

More Info:
This issue also reproduces for view/edit/delete buttons.
