[Suggestion] It would be better to change the button from "+ Create database..." to "+ Create Database..." under MongoDB cluster

Repro Steps:

1. Create a MongoDB cluster in Azure portal.
2. Connect to MongoDB cluster in VS Code.
3. Expand the MongoDB cluster.

Actual:
There is a "+ Create database..." button under the MongoDB cluster.

Suggestion:
It would be better to change the button from "+ Create database..." to "+ Create Database..." under MongoDB cluster.
