Repro Steps:

Expand one MongoDB cluster in VS Code -> Single click the "Documents" node.
Click "+" button in "Results" page -> Edit the document file -> Press the "Ctrl+S" hotkey.
Check whether the hotkey works well for document file in MongoDB cluster.

Expect:
The hotkey works well for document file in MongoDB cluster.

Actual:
The hotkey doesn't work for document file in MongoDB cluster.

More Info:

This issue also reproduces for the hotkey "Ctrl+Shift+R"(Refresh button).
The tooltips of "Save" and "Refresh" buttons don't include the hotkeys informations.
"Save" and "Refresh" buttons work well in MongoDB cluster.
