Repro Steps:

Expand the "MongoDB Cluster Accounts" node in VS Code WROKSPACE view.
There is a "+ New Connection..." action.
Open "Command Palette" and search the MongoDB cluster commands.
Check whether there is a command "MongoDB Cluster: Add Connection..." in "Command Palette".

Expect:
There is a command "MongoDB Cluster: Add Connection..." in "Command Palette".

Actual:
There is no command "MongoDB Cluster: Add Connection..." in "Command Palette" for MongoDB cluster accounts.
