Build Version: 20241126.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a MongoDB cluster in Azure Portal and copy its connection string.
  2. Expand "WORKSPACE" view in VS Code -> Expand "MongoDB Cluster Accounts" node -> Click "+ New Connection..." to connect the above MongoDB cluster.
  3. Connect the above MongoDB cluster again.
  4. Check whether there is a reminder "MongoDB cluster xxx is already connected" if connecting a same Mongo DB cluster again.

Expect:
There is a reminder "MongoDB cluster xxx is already connected" if connecting a same Mongo DB cluster again.

Actual:
There is no reminder "MongoDB cluster xxx is already connected" if connecting a same Mongo DB cluster again.
