I don't know whether that's helpful, I found the following in my syslog:

I'm happily running psad for years, this is the first time this happens. Any ideas? Should I worry about it?
psad.log shows nothing extraordinary, the last line is:
Aug 16 23:45:07 sni psad: scan detected (Masscan SYN scan): 188.44.110.215 -> 188.44.77.158 tcp: [7547] flags: SYN tcp pkts: 1 DL: 3
before manual restart. There's nothing in /var/log/psad/errs/.
