Optimize Loading Behavior for Term Details and Mappings

When a user navigates from one term to another, all mappings are preloaded before rendering the Details tab, which can result in a noticeable delay if the class has mappings to many ontologies

Can we render the Details tab as soon as possible before finalizing the retrieval of all mappings? Users might not even click on the mappings tab.
