New NSE's connect to old NSE's after restart #62

If I try to run an example of vl3 and restart the NSE's, the new ones connect to the non existent ones.

Run my example from above
Restart NSE's
New NSE's connect to old NSE's
After old NSE's disappear, new NSE's fail to refresh due to NSE not found
