Need a set of states / fields (optional) to enable rapid oxygen information and clarity

Cylinder / concentrators / both
Inventory / current availability
Metadata (capacity, brand, volume, type, o2 purity level)
Currently receiving empty cylinders (or not)

Describe alternatives you've considered
Freeform texts per entry with a schema

Additional context
Do not make it harder to submit, so need this to be "if you have time add more information" versus mandatory.
