Three.js Editor has good UI basics and a feature to auto-save via the browser's local storage.

The only reason to draw something nowadays is because you don't know how to code.
Drawings are made by hand. Any changes? You redraw the whole thing. Not modern.
I appreciate a nice drawing as much as anybody, but using a drawing is not really relevant to manufacturing these days,
