eclipse里中文字符显示乱码

大家好，我用eclipse自学这个项目，java新手，有的html模板中文显示正常，有的html模板中文就乱码了，谁知道怎么解决呢？

谢谢了 但是现在默认就是 ISO 10646/Unicode(UTF-8)呢，中文字符是乱码

你看看用记事本或者其他工具打开会有乱码吗

用Notepad++ 好着呢
