Please! No instructions? Where to place this I put it in ext folder, and i dont find it in extension manager. Renamed to usu nothing. Please help!

Is it working in 3.3.5? Is working.

Needs to put ext/phpbbseo
And rename the folder to usu.

But then how to correctly set this thing up? This one is destroy my forum. None of the links working.
BTW url rewrite is enabled in /etc/nginx/sites-available/mysite.conf
