How to view the payload of a request

For debugging purposes I tried printing out the payload of a blocking multipart post request.
However I could not find a way to see the payload of the request.

let form = reqwest::blocking::multipart::Form::new()
     .text("form1", "val1")
     .text("form2", "val2");

let client = reqwest::blocking::Client::new();
let res = client
     .post("https://something.com/")
     .multipart(form)
     .build()
     .expect("no build error!");

dbg!(res.body().unwrap()); // does not print the payload and .as_bytes() only returns None
