I would like to contribute with pt-br and es-co translations of this draft. What is the proper way of doing it and proposing it as official?

Thanks.

Hi @celsobessa thanks so much for this offer and apologies it's taken a while for us to respond. We really appreciate the offer and we'd welcome having this document in different languages. There's a w3c process for document translations which can be found here: https://www.w3.org/Consortium/Translation/ Having said that, it feels to us like this will be a more difficult task than a regular spec translation as the wording in this document has been very carefully crafted - and the text may not be stable enough yet. We're having some discussions within the w3c community about what the best approach would be to support translations.

@celsobessa I'd like to help with the spanish translation. (My portuguese isn't good enough for that).
