it's tar file (for Odin. as AP) for A01core sm-a013g/DS.
containg super.img with LiR (LineageOS patched GSI) 18.1.
I haven't tested it yet. unpack the xz file.
you need also flash patched vbmeta from here.

Recvoery that supported fastboot for Samsung A01Core SM-a013G/DS.
you need also flash patched vbmeta. flash them with Odin.
I find this files in XDA&4PDA, Unfortunately I did not save the links.

unpack the zip.
fastbootd as AP, vbemta as BL. if I remember corectly...
