Main question is if the
...toSpeciesdatasets can/should be used (currently we would download the..toGenusdatasets.For
gtdbandRefSeq_RDPdatasets there are again different naming schemes and I do not yet know if the genus one is the correct one (the also need to be added to the tool form).FOR CONTRIBUTOR:
