Resolves: some part of broken links ( https://github.com/processing/p5.js-website/issues?q=is:issue+is:open+link+label:%22Bug:+Broken+Link%22 )

changes:
In tutorial pages.

  • fix link functions and methods. (remove prefix "#")
  • fix link to "if-else" to "if"
  • fix link to "boolean" to "Boolean". (because "boolean" is converter.)
