In this PR, I add slide content for Chapters 7 and 14 of the Rust book.
We elected to present content for these chapters in the same meeting, as they were both pertaining mainly to crates,
cargoand crates.io. We are staying to streamline similar content to ensure we complete the course on time.I will leave this PR as a draft until after the presentation has been given.
