Front Page Banner Section

• The title of the site "Step Up 4 Earth" and its design elements, such as images and boxes, are hard-coded and cannot be changed in WordPress Admin.
• The title of the event "EcoFair 2020", it's location, date, and time can all be changed in WordPress Admin using the custom fields built within the Home Page.
• As for the social media icons, they were built using a custom widget. If you ever need to change the links, you can do so using the Social Media Widget located in WordPress Admin > Appearance > Widgets. If you want to get rid of one, simply remove its link and it will disappear. If you want to remove it completely, remove it from the front-banner sidebar Admin > Appearance > Widgets.

Event Mission Statement Section

• The heading, "Our Mission" and the mission statement, are hard-coded and cannot be changed in WordPress Admin.
• Its body text can be changed using the custom fields on the front-page. This is so you can change the year easily. You will notice that each paragraph is wrapped in paragraph tags <p></p>and they do not appear on the live site but do create paragraphs instead of one block of code.

Event Features Section

• The images and design elements in this section are hard-coded and cannot be changed in WordPress Admin.
• The event features, Workshops and Community Programs, were created using a widget. You will have to make sure that its plugin is activated and you can make changes to it in the "Event Features" sidebar in WordPress Admin > Appearance > Widgets.

Priorities Section

• This section and its elements have all been hard coded and cannot be changed in WordPress Admin.

Speakers / Sponsors Section

• The contents of this section are easily changed.
• You can change the title of the section using the "Sponsor Section Title" in the custom field on the Front-Page.
• To add/delete sponsors (or speakers) you will have to do so using the "Sponsors" tab in WordPress Admin. It is very important that you upload logos here that are 752px × 752px. The design team created these logo assets by layering the logo on top of a white box that is 752 × 752px. If you can do that, the design of this section will not change. If you do not do that, the design will change.
