I am passionate about open-source with a strong preference for Python language. I maintain several Python libraries, most remarkable being Ansible Molecule, Ansible Lint, JIRA, ....

Open-source projects should not depend on a single individual and that they need stewards that can assure that they remain useful in the longer run.

I currently donate to other projects more than I receive and plan to keep it this way. Still, keeping CI green on these projects takes time, personal time.

@ssbarnea

I am looking to get 20 monthly sponsors! If you like any of the open-source project I maintain and want to see it evolving faster, that might be a good way to show your appreciation. You decide how much your thank you counts for and you can cancel at any time. When you do it, please also mention which project you like the most.

$200 one time

Select
  • I will spend few hours trying to help you with a specific ticket on one of the open source projects I nurture
  • A bugfix is not guaranteed, but at least a workaround should be possible
  • While this is a donation, I can guarantee that I would spend a couple of hours working on that particular issue and make a release, so you can benefit from it

$500 one time

Select
  • I will be sacrificing 8 hours of my weekend leisure time, trying to address a bug or feature that you wish to be addressed,
  • All this work will go towards an open source Python project, with emphasis on open-source.
  • Do not expect me to fix it, but I considering that I usually like to finish what I start, I will probably work more on fixing it.

Just point me to the issue you want me to tackle.
