• Added brief storyline for Video 11: Application and architecture patterns in Smart Homes and Smart Cities
• Added brief storyline for Video 12: Application and architecture patterns in Industrial and Agriculture Systems
• Implemented feedback to script for both videos

Going forward, we will first agree on the desired content of the tutorial. The readme in each tutorial folder now contains a short table of contents. Then, the target content is written in a "speaking" fashion so that this can be easily transformed to the script for the Murf.ai generation.

The preliminary scripts in this video are not ready yet, so changing this PR to a draft PR for now.
